Our background includes owner-side roles on multifamily and mixed-use projects operating within complex municipal, regulatory, and funding environments. We have worked across both private and public-sector frameworks, managing active approval processes, coordinating multi-disciplinary consultant teams, and advancing projects where capital structure, documentation precision, and timing materially impact delivery.
